Dear HPA family:

The holiday season is quickly approaching! If you are experiencing financial or other hardship and would like to have assistance for a Thanksgiving meal, please fill out this confidential form. The last day to register is this FRIDAY, November 11th, 2022. Please call Ms. Summer, our School Counselor, if you have any questions! 817-600-1735.

FormPlease fill out this form if your family needs assistance with gifts for the holidays this year due to financial hardship. All forms are due back by FRIDAY, November 18. If you have any questions, please contact Summer Semmens, HPA FW Elem. School Counselor at summer.semmens@hpafortworth.com. (Gifts and meal assistance will be available for pick up before noon on December 15th.)
