Medicine Drop Off If your student is returning to school in person on September 28th and they need medicine at school please sign up for a time to drop off the medicine. Please remember face coverings must be worn and if possible only one person needs to enter the building at your scheduled time.

All prescriptions must be turned in with the original containers. Please request your child’s pediatrician to write instructions for administration, if possible. They can email or fax it to us. This is required before the 1st time your student will need their medication administered. If you are bringing any OTC medications, please bring in sealed and with the original box.

If none of these times work for you, please email me privately to make arrangements.

If you have not already done so, please complete this short medical questionnaire for your student if he/she is coming back in person so that we have a baseline for your student’s health.
